Ellen Costa is a Mumpreneur, a Fitness Trainer & Champion, Women’s Health & Sexuality Specialist, Tantra Yoga Teacher, Author & Transformational Coach. She is a Brazilian mother of twins (a boy and a girl), and wife, a former Hong Kong resident (who just moved to Ireland) she has traveled throughout Asia and Europe for over 15 years.
