What drives you crazy?
You know what I mean.
The thing that makes you roll your eyes, or grit your teeth, or sigh out loud.
It’s the thing that’s unfair, or ridiculous, or redundant.
It’s the thing that’s accepted as the ‘done thing’ when in reality it’s not good for the customer and doesn’t really make any sense.
Well – I think that’s the thing you should tackle.
Whether we’re talking about business, or passion, or philanthropy.
The thing that really gets your goat is the thing you should focus on.
