Over the last ten years Sonja has been supporting woman, mostly Mums to reconnect with their own self-worth, belief in themselves and their purpose so they can fill their own cup again and live into their own life with purpose while also supporting their family.
Using the techniques of Kinesiology, Counselling Kinesiology, as well has her own life experience and intuition
Sonja started her own emotional healing journey about 15-20 years ago before becoming a Mum of 2 very independent and fun loving daughters both currently in high school. Sonja’s journey of Motherhood has taught her a great deal as it has given Sonja the perspective of being a mum and also nurturing her own children and her own inner child to understanding the needs and fulfillment required for both.
Sonja went through various stages in life of feeling very alone, lonely and that she wasn’t good enough and didn’t fit in. Now years later, she find this journey is very common for so many woman, feeling they need to be something else than just themselves to be accepted or worthy. Sonja is drawn to being of service to woman who are ready to rise up even though they may not know how and need support, she loves to be witness to be when woman come back into their empowerment and reconnect with what brings them to life enjoying their family and re-connecting in their relationships.
